Overall great experience. They had a quick turn around on my bike. when I arrived I thought I needed my brakes replaced, but they were honest and told me that they were fine. I had my chain cleaned and readjusted, and my oil changed. They sent me an estimate before they worked on my bike, which was nice. Also, my bike was washed after the service, it looked and rode better than when I dropped it off. Fabricio and Izummy were very attentive to my needs and I would highly recommend this shop to others who want to pay decent prices for good quality service.

She is responsive, communicative, knowledgeable and very transparent with everything. Even though I live in SC and I couldn’t see the bike in person she shared everything with me and made sure i had all my questions answered ! Great experience. Came in one day to check out the Rebel 500 and purchased it the next. Very helpful and easy to work with. Great bike selection! Will definitely be back in the future.
